Robinson's accepts all major insurance companies, including Allstate, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, The Hartford, Hanover, Auto-Owner’s, Geico, Progressive, Meemic, Farmers, USAA, Cincinnati, Frankenmuth, Horace Mann, Farm Bureau, AAA, Traveler’s and all other insurance companies.

We bill direct to your insurance company, so you won't be required to submit any paperwork yourself. And, the best part is you won't have to worry about paying first, and then wait to be reimbursed from your insurance company later.

Don't worry about your deductible either—90% of our customers don't pay their deductible at all, and the rest will see their deductible reduced!

Non-Insurance Work

Quite often we get customers who may need small collision or cosmetic repairs done to their vehicle and do not want to submit a claim to their insurance company. We are happy to provide complimentary estimates and discounted rates to non-insurance repair customers.

Free Loaner Vehicles

Our rental car fleet provides our customers with reliable transportation while your vehicle is being repaired.

Free Pick-Up & Delivery

We offer pick-up and delivery services at no additional charge. We can pick up your vehicle and/or drop off a loaner vehicle directly to you at your residence or place of work, and can also deliver your repaired vehicle to you once the repairs are complete.

Text Message Updates

We can text you with updates to the status of your vehicle while it's being repaired. For example, we can update you on estimated time of completion, address insurance or repair concerns and schedule pick up and drop off times.

High Quality Materials

We only use high quality, top of the line paints, products and parts. Robinson’s is proud to use BASF, R-M Diamont and Glasurit paints, Sata and Devilbiss paint guns.

Mechanical Repairs

Some repairs may need to be completed either at a dealership or by a certified mechanic. If that is the case, we work with local dealerships specific to your vehicle to ensure that you are receiving the best service possible.

The Repair Process

    Estimate the Damage

    We'll evaluate your vehicle's damage and provide a complementary, detailed estimate to you (and your insurance company if this will be an insurance claim).

    Begin the Repair

    Once you or your insurance company has approved the estimate, we will begin the repair process. At this time we will also give you a time frame for completion of the repairs.

    Full Inspection

    We'll perform a post-repair inspection for quality assurance, as well as to let you know of other non-accident related items your vehicle may need.

    Full Vehicle Detail

    Your vehicle will leave our shop squeaky clean after our complementary full detailing service—both inside and out!
